Observation

Vacuum cleaner is in the restroom and the cording was not securely on the vacuum cord storage. The restroom door was not locked which allows free access to this restroom. Bins stacked on top each other with extra clothing and other items located on them in the bedroom were not secure. Chipping paint was observed in the restroom around/by the sink. The hot water was at 121.5 degrees. The outlets by water were observed to be GFCI but not tamper resistant. The outlets by sinks need to be both gfci and tamper resistant/the tamper resistant should be visible on the outlet via the words TR or built into the receptacle.
